We offer the following packages:

    BASIC PACKAGE

  • includes a monthly detailed overwiev of the property with written report ( including photo material ), checking and ventilation of all the rooms at the property, watering flowers and plants, property keys stored in the safe, In case of heavy rain, earthquakes or similar weather conditions we will double check your property

 

    PACKAGE PLUS

  • includes detailed overwiev of the property with written report ( including photo material ) twice a month, checking and ventilation of all the rooms at the property, watering flowers and plants, property keys stored in the safe, In case of heavy rain, earthquakes or similar weather conditions we will double check your property, collecting mail, paying bills, reading of water and electricity consuption meters, water release in all pipes, in agreement with you and subcontractors we arrange possible repairs, detail cleaning of your property before your arrival and after your departure

 

For both packages there is possibility to supplement and modify package – all depending on your needs.

 

    BASIC PACKAGE

  •     house/apartment under 100 sqm: 50 € / monthly
  •     house/apartment from 100 sqm to 200 sqm: 70 €/monthly
  •     For larger properties price by agreement.

 

    PACKAGE PLUS

  • house/apartment under 100 sqm: 110 € / monthly
  • house/apartment from 100 sqm to 200 sqm: 140 €/monthly
  • For larger properties price by agreement.


To make your real estate profitable, as additional service we offer opportunity of renting of your`s accomodation capaties during the time of the year of your absence.

We take charge about advertising of your accomodation facilities on our web site as well as on the most leading global and local web site`s specialized in tourism.

It is posible to include taking care of meeting of incoming guests upon arrival and departure to/from accomodation unit, transfer from/to air and/or sea port, welcome gift for your guests,handling of guests registration process, control of the real estate inventory before guests departure, detailed cleaning of apartment before and after guest`s arrival.
